      Pros

      I worked 1.5 years for FM. The company is not stable at all. People come and go, you literally have no idea what is going to happen tomorrow - constant feeling of a "rocking boat". Professionalism is not what they are looking for, it's all about internal politics.

      Cons

      If you like rumors, internal politics and so on.. this company is for you. If you like being professional and being measured for your professionalism, better pass on Finance Magnates.
