You "can" learn lot of things related to "FIXED INCOME" market in a very short time.

They will work you like a dog & ask for more even they didn't pay you well...There is no value of your hard work (most of d time) ... For same work they pay an extra salary to an IITian guy n d guy who is also doing the same work with the same responsibility and hard work is still suffering...Don’t know, but l couldn’t figure out the reason behind this "IIT love…", at least pay them same too. Employees are treated like a commodity and are dealt with as such. Management does not recognize hard work or talent as long as they can fill your spot with another individual. As a result, the company loses many talented employees to competitors. Managers make promises and do not deliver, leaving employees feeling deceived. Upper management always looking over your shoulder, you are never good enough. They give you time to get things done and the time corp. gives you is less then half of the actual time to get things done. "DO MORE WITH LESS" should be the company motto. You have more to do then any human.. My advice RUN, RUN far away from this company. Or you will wish you had...

We get to work with industry stalwarts in Fixed Income and Mortgage Industry and have the opportunity of a lifetime to learn from their experience. -> Wholesome learning in Fixed Income and Mortgage Industry. Nonetheless, learning doesn't stop here. We also have projects in other verticals as well like equity. ->Along with work we also have parties every friday after office hours. -> Management is very friendly and approachable.

-> None that I can think of as of now. -> Sometimes, the management is way too lenient towards the employees.
