Nice office and convenient location, if you are the start of your career its a chance to get started in financial industry as career growth at Finalto reaches a limit. Good atmosphere amongst operational and mid senior staff
Cons
The company has more potential but restructuring has resulted in cronyism and is limiting the firm. Systems are outdated and several resignations have resulted in many knowledge gaps, no transparency from the top. Atmosphere from the top can be considered toxic at times.
