Pros

1. If you can do your work within the time frame, you can leave. 2. Fully Subsidize Lunch. 3. During the probation period they give Eid Bonus.

Cons

1. All are freshers, you won't get a chance to get experience. The experience you will get you can't apply to other companies except 2 or 3 companies in BD. 3.The immediate seniors are not friendly ; If you ask for help they felt very disturbed. 4.You have to work on government holidays and eid days. They will pay but it's not sufficient. Government Holiday 2x Eid days 3x for the daily wage 5. You can't take urgent leave, If you want to leave for a day you have to come to the office and assign your work to your colleagues. It's applicable for the sick leave as well.

Pros

- Quarterly Bonus - Free lunch - Annual Tour arranged by the company where you don't have to contribute, company will bear the 100% fund of the tour. - Systematic training under the seniors and delegated tasks for everyone - Increment is good.

Cons

- Whoever will join as an associate executive at FinSource, they will be considered as juniors by the ones who already joined before them, even if you are academically senior by them. - If the so called seniors are academically junior than you, then they will be highly insecure of you. - Bullying is normalized there. Even if you are harshly treated by your subordinates, the team leaders don't take any actions at all, they tell you to sort things by your own. - Sometimes you will lose work life balance, especially during the end of the year it happens frequently. - Salary structure is not aligned with their peer Companies.

Pros

My time at Finsource Limited was a mixed experience. While the company has potential and a decent work environment in some departments, the Operations Department is plagued by poor leadership and internal politics.

Cons

Operations Department is plagued by poor leadership and internal politics. Unfortunately, the department manager prioritizes favoritism over merit. Team members are not evaluated based on performance, but rather on personal preferences and connections. In my case, I was forced to resign without any performance issues, and responsibilities were unfairly pinned on me for mistakes I did not make. It became clear that certain decisions were made to make room for someone the manager preferred, regardless of fairness or team morale. Constructive feedback is neither welcomed nor acted upon, and many talented employees have quietly left or been pushed out due to the toxic dynamics. It’s a disappointing culture that discourages growth and fairness.
