Pros

FinQuery is an exceptional place to work if you value teamwork, collaboration, and hard work. There are immense opportunities for growth here, provided you are willing to put in the effort and build relationships. Immense growth happens for employees who can think outside the box and solve problems holistically across the organization, rather than staying siloed in their departments. This is honestly one of my favorite things about this company and has taught me so much in my career. You will never not have the opportunity to learn something new every single day, if you want to. ​What truly sets FinQuery apart is how leadership handles feedback. It’s not just a formality; they genuinely listen and implement positive changes. Every year during "Festivus," employees have the opportunity to share direct feedback with the CEO, which consistently leads to tangible improvements. While we work hard and move fast, the environment is incredibly supportive. Colleagues are never too busy to connect on a human level—whether it’s chatting about pets, kids, or hobbies—making this a truly enjoyable place to build a career and build some amazing friendships along the way. Finally, this is an organization that genuinely invests in their people. We have annual learning and development stipends, and the care put into our benefits package is outstanding. It is inclusive for people from all walks of life, including fertility assistance, adoption assistance, legal assistance, and paid parental leave. We also have flexible PTO policies that truly allow you to maximize your personal time off and maintain a healthy work/life balance. Cons

I don't view these as negatives, but they are important to know for cultural fit. The environment is super fast-paced and high-energy, which I love, but it might be off-putting if you prefer a slower rhythm. ​Also, while promotions based on tenure certainly happen, if you want to maximize your opportunities, you need to be willing to look past your specific job description and solve broader organizational problems.

Pros

Amazing benefits and great values. People on my team are great to work with and genuinely respectful. Being able to hybrid work has been a lifesaver for me.

Cons

Extremely fast moving company where design to launch is done at lightening speed leaving very little time to plan & execute training.
