Terrible Management Poor Leadership Unprofessionalism Micromanagement Products and processes are sold to clients based on unrealistic expectations. The pressure to perform at a certain level falls on the patient engagement specialists, and management attempts to gain results through more and more micromanagement. You're spoken to as if you are children and every issue is met with intimidation. You are literally just a number to them. Terrible PTO. A 5th grader could create better and more efficient workflows. They use Google workspace which constantly creates security breach issues. They assign faulty work so you can fail your evaluations. The list goes on and on.
