      They outsource their benefits so the health insurance is good

      Cons

      Toxic leadership, no actual HR, every employee is overworked, CEO cancels team meetings constantly. Technology isn’t even really all that great compared to competitors

      Pros

      The opportunities available to learn and grow are plentiful. I've never worked at company that had such great leadership (especially the CEO and CTO) and a team that genuinely cares about each other and being the best.

      No cons at all. Just a great place to be.

      Teamwork is the culture. Nicest and smartest people I've had the pleasure to work with. Leadership is clear, honest and transparent.
