One of the 2 founders is really helpful and understanding. You can go to him at any time with your concern and he will listen to it. But he will only listen !!!!!

The company has no structure. They will make you work on one thing one day and on another the second day. They do not value your inputs and expect you to work only how they want. They do not ask your opinion even. Moreover we were told to be paid 30k per month but they did not pay that amount even. And reason they stated was that we did not work upto the mark where as one of my friend was given Pre-Placement Offer by them. Such is hypocrisy there.

Few of the employees are good. Nothing else that I can think of.

I expected good learning coming out because of it being a startup but in vain. Our presence was not even acknowledged by the founders who sat right in the next room for the first few days. Even if we had no work at all, we were advised by fellow employees to stay till the founder leaves which did not make any sense. Not a good place if you are looking for learning anything or even otherwise.
