One of the 2 founders is really helpful and understanding. You can go to him at any time with your concern and he will listen to it. But he will only listen !!!!!

The company has no structure. They will make you work on one thing one day and on another the second day. They do not value your inputs and expect you to work only how they want. They do not ask your opinion even. Moreover we were told to be paid 30k per month but they did not pay that amount even. And reason they stated was that we did not work upto the mark where as one of my friend was given Pre-Placement Offer by them. Such is hypocrisy there.

Had good experience interning with FinMitra. Got opportunity to work closely with the CEO and the Director which you don't get at many places. Worked in two projects under financial inclusion domain. 1.Complete ownership of the project i was handling. 2. Conducive work atmosphere. 3. Positive feedback from the management.

I didn't experience any such things during my stint.
