- Fast growing company, as such you're gonna have to adapt fast - At the same time FinDock is still a startup so you have to be responsible for more than what's in your job description. - Company still trying to figure out it's identity

Great support for employees to further develop and grow professionally. Easy to collaborate with different departments and learn about different parts of the organisation. Nice team spirit and helpful and happy attitudes.

It's a start-up so it's a bit roll up your sleeves at times but fun if you like that kind of environment.
