Laid back Management Work at (your pace) type atmosphere CLEAN facility Staffed in-house Nurse Fully stocked lunch room Warehouse that provides what you need to do your job and do it safely! Sales personnel that clearly kick butt as there is not seemingly any shortage of work like ever. Weekly pay! VERY nice products that are fun to see built. Amazing co-workers. I'm 42 and this place is by far the strongest and most well built company I have ever worked for! I dunno there is a lot!

My only thing I wish was better is that they produced part drawings or prints for the parts I'm to produce. It would very much cut down the possibility of a mistake and very much increase production speed and stability.

Family-owned and operated company with really interesting products. The people are great and your job is very secure. Even during the recession in 2009 when orders were slow, the company paid employees to volunteer in the community rather than laying them off. That stuck with me.

Implementing changes can be slow. The business has been around for a long time and they can be a bit stuck in their ways.
