Pros
The coworkers are kind and easy to work with. The benefits and time off are good.
Cons
You will have to work long hours without recognition. This company is always reorganizing which means layoffs. If you are laid off the severance pay is only a few weeks. If you did not get laid off then you are stuck doing the extra work of the people who left. The pay increases are a low 3%. My bonus should have been 10% of salary but the company never meets budget so you dont get the full amount. That does not seem not seem right. They wait all year to tell you that you will only get half of your bonus.
