Pros

The benefits package was good.

Cons

The management for this large organization is clueless. They let the best part of that company go, when they sold to Conmed. They lied about pouring resources back into our organization, and instead siphoned off of us until they had no clue what to do next. I would caution anyone that considers a position in this organization.

Pros

Pay is not bad and some people are nice.

Cons

The company went through way too many changes in a very short amount of time. Internal communication was honestly pretty bad. Senior management’s strategy and execution were often confusing and inconsistent. There were too many initiatives and priorities happening at once, which caused a lot of confusion. Some people were great, some weren’t. The pay was good, but the benefits were not.
