Pros

None. They will hold your severance and bonuses and try to force you to sign a non-compete after they let you go. If you let someone go you should pay them what they are owed and allow them opportunity to find work.

Cons

Again, must I say anything else? They will hold your wages and bonuses and force you to sign a non-compete after they let you go. You will not get paid what you are owed if you don't sign it. See above.

Pros

Pay is not bad and some people are nice.

Cons

The company went through way too many changes in a very short amount of time. Internal communication was honestly pretty bad. Senior management’s strategy and execution were often confusing and inconsistent. There were too many initiatives and priorities happening at once, which caused a lot of confusion. Some people were great, some weren’t. The pay was good, but the benefits were not.
