If you can get along with people it’s not so bad. The lead supervisor Sherri is the best supervisor I’ve had in my last 3 jobs combined.

Can work for 2 or 3 years with no pay raise. No way to move up in the company. Move around to many positions if someone doesn’t like you or doesn’t show up for work. Hot in summer cold in winter.
