      Pros

      You will be unfavourably compared to your predecessor, and all the office staff think you're their slave. Because they believe they're smarter and more important.

      Cons

      Having to knuckle under to the office people to keep your job. You will have to fill out a pointless FLRA to go to the bathroom. They have three people available to do grunt work, the other two will make sure they're unavailable to do the dirty work. You will clean up after them.

      Pros

      They work on good projects related to water and wastewater treatment.

      Cons

      Pay scale is below average while growth and career advancement is limited to the management team. Good place for fresh graduates but not a good place if you are seeking long term employment. Their average turnover is 3-5 yrs and in some cases, it was less than 1 yr. Also working long hours and weekends are expected.
