No one wants accountability. They delegate it to you if it's too hard or too much for them. People run away from work. Higher ups are not pleased with my work ethic. Refused raise after working harder. They just blame each other so they use the money to buy things to help them. Not their employers. Not the conditions present. Too much friction among coworkers under stressful days.
