I’ve been working on and off for the company as a freelancer for almost 2 years, and I really appreciate the professional relationship I have with them. They always give me plenty of notice before they need me to be available. I’m paid well and on-time. And while I’m working for them, I’m treated like a real part of the team.

I’ve had an amazing experience with FilmScape these past few years. I’ve grown exponentially in my career and learned so much about the business that I still can’t believe they ever hired me on with how little I knew I back then. The biggest pro is really just being able to make a living doing what I love.

Some of the people in management do play favorites. But it never affects who moves up in the company or how much we get paid, it really just means they don’t have to work as hard to keep their job.
