      CEO is constantly training and developing staff. Lots to learn and great money to be made. Clients love them and are repeat.

      Cons

      Must get it done. If you are ready to go for it you will love it but if you want to phone it in it won’t work.

      Pros

      Longer term gigs for professional contractors is appreciated. It of course comes with the cost of reduced rate of pay and increased responsibilities.

      Cons

      Bare bones infrastructure, communication and administrative services.
