      Nothing good to say here. Bad company do to not having any clue on what they are doing as far as a machine shop should be set up and ran.

      Work place is bad none to little tooling in the area and when you leave be ready to fight to get paid they try to rip you off in that area of being employed with the

      Pros

      Here at Fill-tech Solutions we have a great group of people who enjoy working with each other. Someone always bring donuts on Fridays or we order lunch with money we raised from metal scraping or sometimes suppliers bring us lunch. Once difficult or long projects get done Fill-Tech offers a barbeque or pizzas. We enjoy these get together times.

      Cons

      Cons are that we are required to be very neat and keep our places clean and organized.

      Paycheck and work/life balance are pretty solid. Most of the coworkers are really great

      Upper management is sketchy and not trustworthy. No growth, take the job and Interview for better long term positions in the meantime.
