Here at Fill-tech Solutions we have a great group of people who enjoy working with each other. Someone always bring donuts on Fridays or we order lunch with money we raised from metal scraping or sometimes suppliers bring us lunch. Once difficult or long projects get done Fill-Tech offers a barbeque or pizzas. We enjoy these get together times.

Cons are that we are required to be very neat and keep our places clean and organized.

The company offers great benefits (health, dental and vision) and also opportunity to advance in the career. The company hires veterans and takes care of employees. Workplace environment is great, and there is no room for wasting time with gossip!

Some of the downside of working at fill-tech is that they really pay attention to detail, and every machine is reviewed countless times to make sure all systems are in place. If you are a lazy employee, this is not the company for you!
