      Pros

      My immediate supervisor and team were great to work with. Very collaborative and just good people. Good benefits and work/life balance, even in a remote role.

      Cons

      CEO is a numbers guy, so if the numbers aren't there you won't be either. We had to generate our own leads because there weren't many leads coming from Marketing.

      Pros

      FileWave is a great place to work because of the people. Here in the US, we're all working remotely and it still feels like a team. Any issues you may have are always addressed and resolved quickly the majority of the time.

      Cons

      I wish we did more together in-person as a team but we get by! I personally don't have any complaints.
