It's on a downfall tremendously with revenue and everyone is grasping for straws to try and save what's left. The product is lacking in major feature functionality in comparison to competitors and its hard in 2022 to sell SAAS with it being 100% outbound lead generation. Miracles don't happen overnight and without proper planning or at least proper marketing strategies failure is the only option.
