      Small enough to know the owners, big enough to grow. Fun environment at times. Work hard play hard.

      Cons

      Retirement plan is ok, not great. Aging executive board without quality internal replacements. Lack of long term planning.

      Steady work in the construction industry.

      It would be nice if there was a better retirement or Esop. Also if AZ was given perks that CA has such as Gym access.

      Driven work groups- GM is top-tier and supportive. The compensation package is good.
