      The management is great, and my direct supervisor was fantastic. I learned a lot from this job and the benefits rocked.

      Steady work in the construction industry.

      It would be nice if there was a better retirement or Esop. Also if AZ was given perks that CA has such as Gym access.

      Driven work groups- GM is top-tier and supportive. The compensation package is good.

      Medical coverage is limited with very high deductible
