Pros
-Unlimited PTO is amazing and I think more companies should have this.
-Work from home policy/ flexible schedule is a life saver and I greatly appreciated it
-Some great talent
-some cool projects
Cons
-Great talent doesn't stay long because of poor pay, unrealistic expectations, or simply talking back to a manager
-There are two types of people here. the 1-2 years (who often leave after seeing what this place is like) or the people who have been here longer, and often the people who have been there longer go unchecked on toxic behavior and that is often why the younger folks leave. Just to give some perspective 9 PEOPLE LEFT IN 2019, out of ~50 people.
-PAY IS NOT COMPETITIVE WITH INDUSTRY
-No in house HR, its hard to get a relationship with someone where they're only in the office once a month
-They are trying to work on diversity training, but it just feels like show without any action
