Easy to get in if you have no experience, specially if you've just finished your uni studies. Before starting the actual job they make you take a course, so you'll feel more confident when you start.

The inital pay is terrible, although it increases a bit when you hit 1 year. I'd recommend getting out after the first year, since there's nothing redeeming about staying. Also, your superiors will pretend to care about you. But not really.

Management is not really interested in the development of the workforce. They say so but it is not worthy to join the company expecting to evolve in your career. No training, old technologies and not a young environment nor investment in technology or innovation. Old school company, old management thinking and your ideas will never be heard. They say they are different, but it is the first lie.
