      Pros

      Working at Figure puts you in contact with some brilliant and hard working people who generally all have great attitudes. The benefits are amazing and I have full faith in our executive leadership. I've never worked for a company that was more transparent and employee focused. Figure is an industry leader on workplace diversity and continues to make efforts in this area.

      Cons

      None worth mentioning. It's like any other job, there are good days and bad but I see no systemic issues.

      Pros

      Free health insurance, the option to work from home, pay was good.

      Cons

      They hire and fire at will. They have no real training program. They throw all this stuff at you and advise to take notes, then they tell you that you have 3 assessments to take. They tell you that you cant look at any of the documents or tools that they provided to you to do the job. How they expect you to know all that is impossible. Then they let you to believe that you passed and put you on the floor doing the job. Two days later they call you after you go home, to say oh you didnt pass training.. You didnt get the score of 85. Did not matter that I was doing the job and getting high QA scores. and they dont let you repeat training, they just fire you. You are just a number to them and not a human being.
