Lot of hope but poor execution - PRD Figure 1 Employee Review

Mission-driven company, very smart people, diverse workplace, great office space in a good location, decent parental leave policy and unlimited vacation. The company aims to connect all health care professionals to save lives around the world -- and they might just pull it off.

Felt like reporting structure reshuffled every quarter.

The team assembled is diverse, talented, respectful of others time, and opinions, and always have business goals in mind. The work is important and done well. A top-notch gig. Remote workplace with quarterly company meet-ups in Toronto.

This is tough to answer since this is by far the best job I've ever had. Since we are so lean, promotions are unnecessary. Would be cool to have a design colleague to bounce ideas off of but that can be overrated.
