Pros

Product is great and easy to sell

Cons

where to begin. The onboarding process is non-existent, management is a group of frat bros that pick favorites, and the layoff process was dismal. First, we were told we'd all be eligible for our Q4 bonus even though we were being laid off. This was a lie, and we were not even notified. I had to chase down this information. Second, the unemployment address was incorrect, which caused my initial unemployment claim to be rejected, which led to me ALSO having to chase down this information from Figment to be able to claim unemployment. Third, there has been absolutely ZERO subsequent help with job placement. This experience has left me with no trust in the management or even in the Web3 industry at large.

Pros

Leading independent staking provider. Strong brand and trust among clients and institutions. Great leadership

Cons

Moves fast and a lot of work. Great if you are used to that. Not so much if you aren't

Pros

Figment is a mission-driven company operating at the forefront of institutional staking, and it genuinely feels like the team is building something meaningful for the long term. The people here are incredibly smart, thoughtful, and collaborative—you’re surrounded by colleagues who care deeply about the work and the broader crypto ecosystem. There’s a strong culture of ownership; if you’re proactive, there’s real opportunity to lead projects and shape strategy. Leadership is accessible and open to ideas, and there's a healthy balance of trust and autonomy in the remote-first environment. For anyone looking to work in crypto with a serious, infrastructure-focused team, Figment offers an exciting and purpose-driven place to grow.

Cons

The fast-paced environment and frequent shifts in priorities can be challenging at times, but they also bring a sense of energy and momentum the company culture.
