      Pros

      Fightcamp has always been honest about the company and where we stand. I’ve never worked somewhere that shared any and everything about the company. Super transparent and you can’t ask for anything better

      Working at a startup can be nerve wrecking at times. Small company but lots to without a lot of resources

      The company is remote so missing the in-person connection but it's coming back apparently

      Pros

      The management really cared about making sure we were happy.

      Cons

      After Covid almost no one came back to the office and it killed a bit of the energy. It also slowed communication between teams.
