Seems the franchise is financially dying. The location I work at is busy though. Unfortunately I have not received a single raise even though I have worked there for almost 5 years. My boss and manager are good and fair most of the time. I enjoy working under them. They appreciate my job and make it known in many ways (except in the way of receiving a raise). Maybe the lack of a raise is company policy because I mostly just Delivery drive. I am not sure.

Worked here for many years. I was in one of the busier stores, so there was a good balance of work and down time throughout the week. Great place to gain basic work skills. My store cross trained in all positions, so I got to learn a lot. I was a supervisor before I left, which helped teach my how to be an effective leader in future jobs. I grew here both professionally and personally, needless to say. Coworkers were like a second family to me, so the work environment was awesome. Everyone from the corporate to store level are friendly. Great people to work with. Had one not so great boss and one phenomenal one in my time there.

My only real con was having a manager that allowed her personal life to often cloud her judgement. Other than that, things were great.
