Most people at 59 are kind and great to work with, aside from a few exceptions within senior leadership.

Over 10% of the workforce was made redundant, largely as a result of both current and historical commercial strategy and performance challenges. Since the acquisition by Journey, the business has continued to face profitability issues. There are also some widely accepted agency norms and best practices that certain senior leaders have been unwilling or slow to adopt.

Friendly and motivated team, great output.

Can end up working on the same project for a while which isn't for everyone. Not much bad to say from my perspective.
