Most people at 59 are kind and great to work with, aside from a few exceptions within senior leadership.
Cons
Over 10% of the workforce was made redundant, largely as a result of both current and historical commercial strategy and performance challenges. Since the acquisition by Journey, the business has continued to face profitability issues. There are also some widely accepted agency norms and best practices that certain senior leaders have been unwilling or slow to adopt.
