No real guidance. Everybody had their work so I was kind of left on my own to figure everything out.

Doesn't hold the correct people accountable for mistakes, often wanting less people to do more work, internal systems cannot keep up with current company model resulting in errors and workarounds, employee opinions or complaints are not heard, a lot of "head down" days, no compensation for increased workload
