Pros
The business is new and exciting and on an evolutionary journey to provide an industry leading training platform for cyber security. The industry is growing rapidly and the business is waves ahead of the competition. The business is small so everyone gets at least some form of cross skilling and the opportunity to diversify their skill.
Cons
Not for the faint hearted or cruisers. The tech needs solid work and white gloving as it evolves which means that there is little time to take things slow and often not enough time to deliver perfection. Sometimes the customers prioritise the technical roadmap and development of the product has to be compromised to get paid for what customers want.
