I loved the culture of a digital marketing startup.

It was hard to find mentorship within a small company.

Small company - easy to know who's who.

Micromanagement a huge issue. Lack of communication and transparency. No room to grow unless you wanted to be responsible for multiple roles but not be pay for them. It was a very toxic workplace when I work there.
