      Pros

      Employee-friendly work culture and emphasis on work-life balance is the best thing about Fiercehound. Being a working mother with a three-year-old kid is the best motivation for me to work here. The appraisal is done annually, and the management ensures that the deserving employee gets a reward and salary hike.

      Pros

      It's a startup so you can experiment with various technologies.

      Cons

      They paid me lower than the minimum for a daily wages worker, even though I was taking up full fledged projects after 3 days. The excuse by the CEO for not giving me a hike was that the rent of the place was too high! :D No limit on hours of day. Horrible leave policy. Barely any perks for the employees. 6 days office! :(

      earlier the management and work environment was better than anything. But as the top management changes all environment is lost.

      Top management thinks that the company is some policy selling company. but wake up you are heading an IT firm where innovation takes place. here dress code is not mandatory. knowledge is required only
