Cons
Fierce was once a brand to be proud of, driving innovation and embracing new ideas as a business. Since the company has been sold on, the new owners have no idea what they are doing. Providing no support to staff, brushing off every idea if it does not meet their agenda. Frankly disregarding anyone that will not conform to their way of thinking. I have no problem with individuals coming into a business with no knowledge of the industry. However the issue arises when they disregard all advice from their management team, treat every raised concern as insubordination and demand respect where it is not due. This company will not last. I can almost guarantee it ceases to trade by November. Do not waste your time working here when you could have a lucrative career elsewhere.
