Pros
Management takes on ideas and is willing to invest in new things if the right argument is made for them. Numerous people around me, have expressed interest in other roles demonstrated their skillset, and moved up. In to better paying more invovled roles within the business. The business also offers time and a half overtime and profit share.
Cons
Space and environment need work, too many things have been made as an afterthought or to solve a problem. So there are far too many steps to get some things done when there is no need for it. There could be more benefits included as an employee, so they can feel more of a part of the business
