      Pros

      Lots of support and good direction. I am having a hard time believing the negative reviews. When there are changes to personnel, there will always be someone not doing their job who is salty. Great management, super team environment.

      Cons

      Don’t let the obvious fake reviews fool you. This place is extremely toxic. The culture is absolutely horrible They have massive turnover and not a single person in leadership takes accountability for their actions (or lack thereof) I’d stay as far away as possible from Fierce. Recent clients are not happy and are running away from Fierce and their offerings
