      Pros

      I love working at Fiera Capital as I can bring my whole self to work while feeling heard, understood, and appreciated for the work that I do and the ideas that I bring forth.

      Cons

      There are lots of initiatives and structures to put in place internally so this could be a downside of working at Fiera Capital. However, it's the perfect environment for me as I have an entrepreneurial spirit and love being part of the creation process, and have an impact in that way!

      Pros

      Entrepreneurial culture, no micromanagement, great company if you are the right kindof person. If you value efficiency and freedom this is a great firm for you. Summer fridays are a great perk and the pay is solid. People are great.

      Cons

      Leadership doesn't seem to have a clear direction, there is a lot of turnover and recently there has been layoffs. There is a huge lack of processes and very limited onboarding when you first join.
