      Nice office, good bonus, flexibility on working from home

      Cons

      Management has no respect for work life balance, expect no weekends or family time during peak season, which is almost all year. No clear direction on what expectations are - constantly redoing the same work

      Pros

      Entrepreneurial culture, no micromanagement, great company if you are the right kindof person. If you value efficiency and freedom this is a great firm for you. Summer fridays are a great perk and the pay is solid. People are great.

      Cons

      Leadership doesn't seem to have a clear direction, there is a lot of turnover and recently there has been layoffs. There is a huge lack of processes and very limited onboarding when you first join.
