Pros

not many left since the new Management team took over. Working there is depressing now, unless you are willing to kiss butt with new management to become one of the "favored ones" . It feels like a creepy cult now where the mgmt team rules by fear.

Cons

Corporate culture has very quickly changed for the worst in the last 2 years. It used to be an awesome place to work, very entrepreneurial, we all felt like a common team working together for the good of the company. Late 2018, changes to the Management team changed the culture overnight. It became competitive, watch-your-back because everyone wants to be the star in the new team's eyes. Collaboration died to be replaced with competition between employees of the same team. That's the only way to get interesting work now... suck up (and be a stool pigeon) or get leftovers from the ones who are willing to sell their loyalty to the new self-appointed God. So unfortunate, as Fiera used to be a great place to work. Somehow in 2 short years, it's become a place to avoid at all costs.

Pros

Entrepreneurial culture, no micromanagement, great company if you are the right kindof person. If you value efficiency and freedom this is a great firm for you. Summer fridays are a great perk and the pay is solid. People are great.

Cons

Leadership doesn't seem to have a clear direction, there is a lot of turnover and recently there has been layoffs. There is a huge lack of processes and very limited onboarding when you first join.
