      - Large growing company - Great name to have on your resume - Questionable on how good their funds are doing - Great work life balance - Great buy side firm

      Cons

      - Not a diverse workforce - Not up to par with salary in Toronto - Don't feel like there's room for advancement - M&A environment is a bit weird from a culture standpoint

      Pros

      Entrepreneurial culture, no micromanagement, great company if you are the right kindof person. If you value efficiency and freedom this is a great firm for you. Summer fridays are a great perk and the pay is solid. People are great.

      Cons

      Leadership doesn't seem to have a clear direction, there is a lot of turnover and recently there has been layoffs. There is a huge lack of processes and very limited onboarding when you first join.
