Horrible work environment and insane supervisors - Customer Success Representative Fieldware Employee Review

Fieldware has a horrible work environment that’s unbearable for most employees. The only reason I’ve stayed here is that I have no choice and need the paycheck. The workplace is very toxic and unpleasant, where employees are yelled at and insulted all the time. Toxicity is rampant in the culture here. Moreover, we have insane supervisors who have no regard for our well-being. They have unrealistic demands, and they’re very disrespectful and sometimes verbally abusive toward employees.
