      Pros

      Horrible management from the top to the bottom. They looked for reasons to fire people. Didn’t care about anyone and horrible customer service.

      Cons

      They do not value their employees at all. They claim to, but they absolutely do not care about you. It’s all about what they can get out of it and everybody for themselves mentality.

      Pros

      Management is wonderful to work with, good work-life balance, lots of room to grow, and amazing benefits (wonderful health insurance, PTO, etc)

      Cons

      Residents and their families can be difficult to work with and there tends to be a high turnover rate because of it.
