      There are none, this was the worst place I’ve ever worked

      Their was never enough staff because management was absolute crap and did not care about employees.

      Pros

      Management is wonderful to work with, good work-life balance, lots of room to grow, and amazing benefits (wonderful health insurance, PTO, etc)

      Cons

      Residents and their families can be difficult to work with and there tends to be a high turnover rate because of it.
