Poor Quality Work Enviroment - Former Manager and Caregiver Fieldstone Communities (WA) Employee Review

Mediocre pay, high stress environment, physically demanding, very easy to become overworked, and will call you at all hours of the day. My main problem is with the management and their inability to properly control/assist their staff. I worked in the management at the Fieldstone branch for almost a year, and I was a caregiver for two more years. I believe with different supervision this job could vastly improve and I really hope it does. The staff there works hard and deserve better treatment.
