Pros

Fairly easy work, thorough training process, laid back work environment (for the most part), casual dress code, possible opportunity for hybrid after 6 months of good work

Cons

Incredibly low wages, some supervisors will suddenly be MIA when you actually need help and that makes phone calls drag on for longer than they need to.

Pros

Benefits and work life balance is descent. After your work is done for the day you can clock out and go about your day.

Cons

Management, unrealistic time expectations when it comes to handling a call. You are left to fend for yourself majority of the time because the management is just as confused as you are. Understaffed because a lot people quit after a week or two of actually working at the company.
